    Contempo Realty, Inc. and Home Financing Center regularly sponsor workshops for first time buyers. This collaboration of experts covers topics including affordable housing properties and the various grants available to qualified buyers. Some of these subsidies are provided by the Federal, State, County and Municipalities located in the South Florida market helping purchasers with down payments and closing costs.  Many buyers don't know about these programs and never take advantage of them.
